The truths we block out to 'succeed'

"I don't know what to think."
"I'm not sure whether to take the job or not."
"Sometimes I feel I should break up with him. Then I second guess myself."
We spend, in our busy lives, so much time not quite sure what we actually think and feel about anything.
When faced with a decision, we feel paralysed.
Our first port of call...to clutter our brains with yet more opinions...those of friends, or strangers on the internet, experts..even ChatGPT.
We go hiking, try yoga, paddleboard, meditate, go for a run...all to try and get clarity in our minds.
We're in two minds about so much stuff. It's exhausting.
How can that elusive clarity be found? How can we feel more certain and confident in our own thoughts?
